3 Important Life Lessons

Our fun-filled adventure weekend at the Clare Craft Fair has now come to an end and what a fantastic second day! There was dancing, and laughter and two sweet children who stopped by 3 times each! Can I please take this opportunity to apologise to their parents for my part in their hyperactivity. In all fairness, Nana fed them Haribo for breakfast apparently so we can’t take all the blame here!

We have had a very steep learning curve over the last two days but loved every minute of it. The most important things we’ve learned just in case you’re planning on making pancakes for a crowd:

1. Wipe clean table cloth is a must. You will get batter and chocolate everywhere.

2. Children are your best customers and they go crazy for mega awesome double size chocolate chip pancakes.

3. Do free samples. Not because you think it will help sales but because you’re a nice person and the more people who can have some pancakes in this world the better.
