Those of you who follow us on Twitter or Instagram will probably have heard us talking (or rather, raving!) about Daily Greatness Journals before. We're a little bit in love! They sum up exactly how we feel about life, in a series of beautiful daily planners. They energise us. They make us smile. And they encourage us to focus our mind and our goals each day. We've definitely achieved a lot more both at work and at home because of them.
We have rather a library of Daily Greatness Journals now but we started off with the Business Planner. You're prompted to start each day with an intention or thought and it really helped focus us before we got weighed down by to-do lists, phone calls and spreadsheets in the office.
If you run a small business, or are developing a creative idea, this is the planner for you. Our top tip is to make sure you do your daily exercises at home as soon as you wake up. Don't wait until you're in the office as it's too easy to get distracted. Also, to keep momentum, make sure you look forward to the week ahead at the weekend, and get yourself organised.
We then went and treated ourselves to the Training Journal. We love keeping fit but felt that most days we turned up at the gym without an idea of what we were going to do. And if you don't have a goal, you can't achieve it!
